Recently im extremely crazy over a movie.
Its called Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak.
and its not just the movie, i love the artwork, i love the whole concept and i seriously extremely LOVE THE OST. the songs of the Movie’s OST is so damn good. i love it.
I’ve already bought the OST and I might go buy the book later 
im sure im gonna love the story too after reading.
the sad thing is.. i think its only gonna come out during March 2010 in singapore. BITCHHHHHHHHHH.
“The book tells the story of Max, who one evening plays around his home, “making mischief” in a wolf costume. As punishment, his mother sends him to bed without supper. In his room, a mysterious, wild forest and sea grows out of his imagination, and Max sails to the land of the Wild Things. The Wild Things are fearsome-looking monsters, but Max conquers them “by staring into their yellow eyes without blinking once”, and he is made “the King of all Wild Things”, dancing with the monsters in a “wild rumpus”. He soon finds himself lonely and homesick, and he returns home to his bedroom, where he finds his supper waiting for him, still hot.”
Seriously cant wait for the movie.
AND I LOVE THE OST!!! KAREN O IS GENIUS!.
and the song Wake up by Arcade Fire is also freaking genius.
i could listen to the album + arcade fire’s wake up all day.

I seriously think Wake up is by far one of the most EPIC song i have ever heard. it seriously makes you drift into some unknown space when you listen to it. I might even cry if i listen to the song with extremely extremely good headphones .
and yes im serious its really that epic.

Most of the songs in the OST is really good too.
I love songs that brings you places when you listen to it.
and to me. most songs in Where the Wild things are OST made me feel exactly that way. that is why i love the OST so much.

Anyway, back to life, so far im still doing good.
Taking a break from competitions till Singapore best dance crew 2010 with joyce and the boys and Singapore dance delight 2010.
For now im working on self improvement, getting my basics right.
working on muscle control. trying to choreograph to more pieces. and just take classes till the competitions next year
taking popping classes too at studio wu every friday too if i can make it.
Died in class the other day when Robin replaced michael.
my basics are freaking bad! but im glad because when i started popping ive got nobody to learn from and i had to sort of learn mostly by myself and i have not actually REALLY gone into popping. but i still love it and practice some of the foundations alot because when i dance i know im using alot of popping foundations to help me.
So im super glad and thankful that im actually learning the CORRECT basics now!
and i know when i get the basics right its gonna help my control alot as well as well as muscle control and cleanliness and so many other factors
gonna practice ALOT
Im also trying to find a place that teaches Percussion Tapdance.
I know Jitterbugs 1 is more of broadway tap. the jazz kind.
so hope i find a place that teaches percussion tap soon!!
then i can buy the shoes and start LEARNING!
And im trying to keep choreographing to pieces. like longer pieces. 8 8s at least. i really love to choreograph but seriously its still so so hard to me. I still cant fully express the way i want to when i choreograph. but its ok. im gonna try and try and work at it and get better!
And soon is sugar spice and everything nice’s competition.
