As the leader of Joyce and the Boys, i would need to address a serious issue to clear things up.
i would be apologising for myself as team leader.

and finally, hopefully apologising for the members of the public and our friends who might have posted comments and statuses on their facebook that might pose the intention of defaming the event and A Team Promotions Pte Ltd.

Letter of Apology for Defamation

I have reviewed the statement defaming your company and the organisers of SBDC 2010 that is posted on my Facebook profile. I Understandably am disappointed with my attempt to harm your reputation and good will and to interfere with your business relations.

By posting the statement on my Facebook profile, I have published it to the world at large and am liable to the A Team Promotions Pte Ltd and the organisers of SBDC 2010 for defamantion and intentional interference with economic relations. I may think that the statement I posted is merely an expression of my opinion and I cannot be liable. If so, I am mistaken.

I have wrongfully accused the A Team Promotions Pte Ltd and the organisers of SBDC 2010 of tampering with the results. thus, I have made a false and unprivileged statement. Additionally, based upon the statement made and the context in which it was made, I can only conclude that i was intentionally interfering with the A Team Promotions Pte Ltd and the organisers of Singapore’s Best Dance Crew 2010/Hip Hop International Singapore business and prospective business relations.

I have personally reviewed all the final result scores of the judges as shown to me on this day and am fully satisfied with the contents of the score sheets and truly am sorry for the false accusation based on speculations from friend and/ or the public.

Accordingly, I will (1) immediately remove the statement on my FaceBook profile, (2) post this letter of apology on facebook notepad immediately or within 24 hrs (3) cease posting statements about your company and the organisers of SBDC 2010, and (3) cease making references to your company, SBDC 2010, events whatsoever. If i fail to do so, the A Team Promotions Pte Ltd and the organisers of Singapore’s Best Dance Crew 2010/Hip Hop International Singapore will be forced to take action against me and seek recovery of the substantial damages my actions have caused the company and the organisers of SBDC 2010.
